Past Artists - Andrzej Kielbowicz

Andrzej is busy organizing new digital photography courses in Victoria, British Columbia these days. His liaisons with photography have lasted for almost 30 years. In his twenties and thirties he was a passionate, young photojournalist working as a staff photographer with the most popular illustrated magazines in Warsaw, Poland.

Later he worked as a photo editor, art director and graphic designer in Toronto, Warsaw and Victoria with different agencies and organizations (DDB Needham, Corporate Profiles, Ontario College of Art, Directors Guild of Canada, Globe and Mail and Now Magazine to name a few). Andrzej is a professional member of Graphic Designers of Canada and the National Association of Photoshop Professionals. Recently his photos have been added to the collection of the Museum of Photography in Krakow, Poland.

In the last 5 years Andrzej has renewed his interest in photography due to the amazing new possibilities brought by the digital revolution. Stunned by the spectacular revival of photography, he decided to share my broad working knowledge of professional photography, visual arts, graphic design, and related computer technology.
